If you’ve been looking for a realistic way to eat, move, and feel better with no judgment, you can find that here.
I have been in your shoes if you feel self conscious in the weight room – like you don’t know what you’re doing and don’t feel like you should be there. I had no idea what to do in the gym other than use cardio equipment, struggled to stick to a routine, and used self loathing about what I looked like as a tactic to get myself to the gym when I did go. I understand the feeling of frustration when recovering from injuries, having little nutritional knowledge and then when I did – again with the self loathing leading to a lovely binge/depravation cycle, and out of control stress. Seeing people dealing with these things while trying to be healthier is near and dear to my heart because I have lived them too.
I fell in love with personal training and health coaching years ago as a way to help others who:
- are new to exercise
- feel self conscious in the weight room
- need additional support when recovering from injuries after PT
- want to improve their diet
- want to manage stress
- want to decrease risk of chronic disease
- want to just feel, move, sleep, and eat better
If any of the above sounds like you, I’d love to hear your story. Send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll chat.
